We will need the following information sent to us so we could review your buyers application to purchase an REO property. We will need the following:
 
1) Completed 1003
2) Credit Report
3) DU/LP Findings
4) 2 Months of Bank Statements
5) 2 Years of Taxes
6) 30 days worth of Pay Stubs
7) an email address where the prequal should be sent.
 
Turns times can take up to 24 hours. Please do not call unless 24 hours have passed. We will not return calls, nor will we call for incomplete requests as noted above.
 
Please email all items to troymoyer@aol.com !  All Prequals will be returned as a pdf file attached to the email provided.
 
If your buyer's Loan Officer is unwilling or unable to send us the above request, please have your buyer(s) call us directly or please have them visit our webiste to get a loan approval . . .
